Right after purchase, noticed serious lipsync issue, audio is lagging behind video by more than 150ms while playing through browser, dvd player or set-topbox. It becomes more than 600ms when mirror screen casting or external bluetooth speaker.
Besides Audio lag sometimes Audio drops to inaudible level when playing movie through USB, even turning off TV dosent recover the USB audio. It comes back randomly.
Raised replacement request nearly a month ago but nobody at LeecoIndia listneing to any queries. Written more than 20 emails, tweets messages, called 20 times with waiting of 20min everytime. Also contacted LeEco US and HK, but they couldnt help due to regional limitation.
I NO MORE LIKE TO BE CUSTOMER OF LEECO BRAND, already requested for RETURN instead of replacement after going through the way customer-support has responded or I should havnt responded yet.
