There is a black vertical line that has come in the TV I put in a complaint and the technician came and checked the TV and said the panel is spoilt and needs to be replaced. I have not got a call back since 4 days after that. I spent Rs 100000 and this is the customer service that I get. I will take this to the consumer forum if my concern is not addressed. I purchased my TV from flipkart and my Order Number is OD507319406140267000. Request someone to look into my concern and get a solution.
