    Sometimes (at least a few times a week) when I plug in headphones (using the USB to 3.5mm converter) the audio from the phone still plays on the phone speakers instead of the headphones. The only solution I know is to restart the phone. It's been doing this for the last month or so.

    Phone works great otherwise!
