I Have such inconsistent service using T-Mobile. I upgraded to their unlimited data program as suggested by one of your customer support reps but I still very often have no service and have to find wifi. The T-Mobile people had me try both bands they offer; changing those did not help though. They then asked me for an APN number to try to help further but your customer support did not have one. Would I have better luck with ATT? What service do most Americans with this phone use. Also, how do I not get ads on this phone constantly. Every time I go from one app to another a different ad takes up a full screen and these are coming from the phone, not the apps! THANK YOU!
