I have bought the Le1S phone in the month of Feb 2016, but due to my ignorance the phone got Liquid Damage.
I have submitted the phone for replacement at nearby LeEco service center i.e. ( Skyline, Chinchwad, Pune 411033, Maharashtra) on 10th May 2016.

I was told that will receive the replaced phone within 7-8 day, but it is been more than 1 month but have still not received the phone. Whenever i visit the service center they say ' you will receive the phone in next 3-4 days'.
I don't know what kind of service you are providing, really very disappointed by the service.
Once I thought to get the LeEco Le2 phone for my spouse, but looking at the provided service i have to change my mind.
Please do the needful ASAP, if not then at least provide my damaged phone back, so that i can replace and get some other phone.
