I would like to suggest that the headphone output should always be enabled regardless of what audio output is selected. On every past TV I have owned, audio output through the TV speakers is automatically disabled when the headphone jack is plugged in. Needing to manually go into the settings to switch between TV speakers and Headphones every time is wasteful of time.
